GO HEALTHY

When you read, go healthy and when you write, go healthy. When you take fruits and vegetables, it nourishes health, psychologically and physiologically. Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric, these three simple food items which we take daily, fight against Cancer and lead to healthy life, watching against other sickness also.

An apple daily, keeps the doctor away. This is a saying, but having fact, which every body knows. But now a days, we get only fruits and vegetables cultivated with the help of fertilisers submerged with some chemicals. Any how it is better than that to have the red meats always.

What are the ways to control health and slow aging

Aging is a biologic phenomenon which gradually happen. It involves basic changes that occur within living cells. The key to halting or reversing the aging process is our understanding of the life processes. It is most encouraging, therefore, to discover that we are beginning to understand the precise manner in which our bodies function. Body is a machine where the metabolic activities are being done, but when the cells within the body begin to start ruin the aging starts.

To extend the human life span is not so easy, as longvity proof should be seen by the public. Someday it will become possible to extend the human life span is common thought of anxious people. This kind of prediction is not fullfilled still in this age.

For conquering aging, the science has not yet been seen its perfection. It will never be solved unless people decide that they want to conquer aging - that they want to extend their lives.

Actually the basic reason of aging is the changes and changes that occur within living cells, and at last these changes comes upto completion and when all the living cells come to completion of changes or ruin, the death comes.

For maintenance of body health, we need;

Proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates, minerals, fat and water.

Exercises

* Warm Up -- seven to eight minutes of light aerobic activity intended to increase blood flow and lubricate and warm-up your tendons and joints.

* Aerobic Exercise -- Pick two favorite activities, they could be jogging, walking, perform atleast 30 minutes brisk walking in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening.

* Stretching -- Wrap up your exercise session by stretching, breathing deeply, relaxing and meditating.
